It's been 4 days now, and my solenopsis fugax hasn't layed an egg

It's been 4 days now, and my solenopsis fugax hasn't layed any eggs yet. Is this normal??

Yes. They will generally wait until after hibernation to start founding

Two of mine only started to lay eggs in April of the following year.

Two of mine only started to lay eggs in April of the following year.

Do you think if you don't give them extra food or extra water and doesn't have any workers and are hibernating, do they survive for that long? and if so, should I give her any food?

Ants can go fine without food for the entirety of hibernation, its what they do in the wild. Put her in the fridge for around 2-3 months and then she should start laying once taken back out.
