IS MY QUEEN ANT OK??

So, I'm new to ant keeping and I got a Solenopsis Fugax queen. Watch the video in the unlisted video presented above to help me out. She is just bending herself and haven't layed any eggs. Now, I don't have any past info about her, but I just wanna know if she is ok?

It looks like there is an egg in her mandibles? She is either cleaning the egg very clumsily or there could be something wrong with her.   But best guess is she's just fine.

Solenopsis fugax are not called fire ants. They're called (yellow) thief ants.

The queen clearly has something in her mandibles, it's probably eggs, could be small larvae though (larger larvae are usually stored on the floor, only eggs and tiny larvae that are held up pretty much all the time).

Also, a warning.

Solenospis fugax nanitics are ABSOLUTELY TINY. Like we're talking 0.8mm in length tiny. They're like the size of the queen's legs.

Here's a picture of mine in their early stages.

We should respect all forms of consciousness. The body is just a vessel, a mere hull.

Are you warning me because they could easily escape?

Yes. Most regular nests would probably not contain them.
