ok i put the heat back on should i put fruit flies in there with sugar water ? i can't do both sugar water and fresh water at the same time 

i can put sugar water on ten just like i did the nectar

put the sugar water on a some tin foll  with fruit fly's and give them fresh water in the nest

If the queen was found in CA does she need to diapause?

yes and no if the queen was found in high elevation will hibernate if the queen is low elevation no hibernation
