I am selling these formicariums as I have no need for them anymore. All are in near perfect condition.

Tar Heel Ants Mini Hearth: Unused, had a small crack on the outworld when I got it, but not very noticeable and very functional.

Ant Shack small habitat-small chambers: Used once with a founding queen. Comes with the glass pane and red filter. Does not have covers.

Foranto Nest: I've used this twice with great success. The wood is very durable and the overall design if very pleasing to the eye. It does have some debris, but it should be easy to clean out.

Selling the bundle for $45, bags of extras (second image) are included if you buy all of them: Cotton, 2 THA stoppers, Nestmate, feeding dish

Shipping will be around $10, depending on location.

Feel free to PM me if you're interested

Sorry should have updated this, formicariums were sold.

Though I may have future sales here, so keep your eyes out for new posts. I'm slowly downsizing my collection to make room for other formicariums.

Sold.

Another bundle for sale. All have been used only once or twice if at all, and still in very good condition.

Tar Heel Ants Type I (ytong) mini hearth with top nest expansion.

Custom clay and grout nest. This nest has been used for Pogonomyrmex and Aphaenogaster colonies, however I needed to include an attatched water source as this is a dry nest. Alternatively I would recommend modifying the nest by adding a water tower or having a water reservior for the base of the nest to soak in.

Foranto round nest. Great condition, I have not unscrewed the glass at all, and there is a bit of cotton from former queens but this is a high quality formicarium for Temnothorax or small colonies of other wood dwelling species.

Custom wood nest withouth glass, but comes with four magents to attatch a new pane.

2 simple founding chambers - add water to the lower section to hydrate the material for the queen above.

And a bonus of three mini water feeder jars - https://www.formicul...+liquid +feeder

Selling the bundle for $80, if you buy all of them I will include a free Pogonomyrmex occidentalis queen with the option of a small brood boost.

Priority shipping will be around $15.

Feel free to PM me if you're interested.

I should also mention the Mini hearth has a small hole in the bottom which I have plugged with cotton. It was like this when I got the nest, it probably improves ventilation or something. I talked to Mack about it when I first got the nest and he admitted it may have been a design flaw, however it has not been an issue for me.

If someone buys it by tomorrow evening I will throw in another Pogonomyrmex queen with brood in one of the simple founding chambers pictured above (making that two fertile queens with brood in the order). I'd like to see if these would be viable shipping containers over test tubes, given something is placed to keep the base in place.
