I'm going to Joshua tree tomorrow, wondering what the best ant spot outside the park is? I'm not going there necessarily to catch ants, because I know it didn't rain.

Interested buying in ants? Feel free to check out my shop

Feel free to read my journals, like this one.

Wishlist:

Atta sp (wish they were in CA), Crematogaster cerasi, Most Pheidole species

Just check weather maps to see where it rains. There are ants everywhere out there and saying there is a “spot” is not a thing. The entire desert is a “spot”.
