Dusty Trachymyrmex septentrionalis queen

Omg I thought this may be true. Any recommendations on how to start with this queen? Does she do a different type of foundingsetup?

I happened to find 2 more of these today. But sadly the other 2 weren't dusted but were carrying flowers and/or frass. Does either of these still have potential to found?
