I just dumped my acromyrmex colony into a formicarium today from a tubes and tubes setup and it seems like the two queens are just sitting on the fungus not moving. Is this normal?

If she is curled up, she is probably dead. If she is just sitting there, she could just be not moving. If she stays in that exact same position without moving once for long periods of time, then she could also be dead. But as previously mentioned, provide photos for any conclusive response.
