Do prenolepis eat tiny insects like baby snails or those really small spiders if they're alive?

Will prenolepis ants actively hunt tiny baby worms and other small insects? I noticed that in the pot that the ants have dug in there are tiny white worms and little brown spiders about 1 mm small.

Those little spiders might be mites, which would be a bad sign.

they might eat spiders if they find them but snails are too slimy and tough
