Greetings ant lovers,

I have been busy touring the US and will continue going around for the next few weeks, filming ant videos a long the way! This week's video explores the ant diversity of New York City.

We offered New Yorkers $100 USD if they could correctly guess how many species of ants live in the city. Check out what happened!

I was just saying how you should actually host your videos in person, when you're in the field, and it looks like you are headed in that direction. You just need a cameraman. :P

In this week's video, we sat down with Dr. Corrie Moreau from the Chicago Field Museum in Chicago, Illinois to find out what it's like to have a career in myrmecology. Hope you like it!

Here in the Philippines, these colonies grow much more quickly. I bet this is a 6 month old colony. Pretty crazy right? No pun intended.

Yes, based mostly in Manila (hope to hang out), but I do bounce around quite a bit. Heading to Korea next in a couple weeks but sadly ants are hibernating now. :(

And as promised...

Happy it's not North Korea.

You should make a spacious honeypot designed formicarium, I'm a big fan. Ant love forever!

That Hillary video was way too short. Please make some comparison videos again, I loved the video with the Burger meats - it's kind of interesting to see what ants prefer when given choices (although I expect the fire nation to just consume everything that comes into their path at their current size).

We should respect all forms of consciousness. The body is just a vessel, a mere hull.

No, a very skilled cakemaker friend created them. She's great right?

I will definitely do more Ant Reaction videos. The next one should be uploading Wednesday.

NEW VIDEO: Part 2 of our new Yellow Crazy Ant Supercolony. See what happened to Queen 1, VOTE for a name for the colony, and watch them do an Ant Mannequin Challenge!

Like I said to Solenoqueen before, I doubt that Antscanda will respond or even ever see this post. If you want to contact them I would email them at
