Your opinion on invasive ants
I keep: C. modoc, C. sansabeanus , C. maritimus, Formica argentea, M. mexicanus
, Odontomachus brunneus
, Pogonomyrmex californicus, Pogonomyrmex rugosus,

If we deregulate all ants than so many invasive would be sold as feeder insects. I say you have to fill out a survey to receive ants(crossing state borders) so we don’t have any escape etc. Keep the laws against releasing ants though…

I agree it would be really dumb to start transporting Argentine ants as feeder insects

There would be no way to enforce a 'no release' law though, at least not effectively. I mean, the government could sent people to watch our every move make sure we don't release colonies (if we buy them), but we kinda have these things, called rights... rights to our privacy.
