I would look in general marketplace, and If you don't find anything, then contact people from your state.

1. The buyer must be from your state(which must be stated in your profile)

I would try asking people in your area where/how they find Lasius colonies that you can collect brood from. Also, it's Lasius aphidicola, not L. umbratus.
