Imagine a (primarily vegetarian) restaurant that produced all the food it prepared for customers in a multi-story greenhouse powered by solar, wind, and geothermal, catching and storing rainwater and recycling wastewater and food waste as compost for reuse into the food supply.
How tall would such a restaurant have to be to serve approximately 30K-40K patrons annually?
