Most large Camponotus take around eight weeks from egg to worker.

I'm already in pupa stage and its been two days since i saw the first pupa when it was a larva spinning a cocoon so how long until worker

That’s a fecal dropping. It is the only dropping an ant leaves while in its growing stages.
