8. Found late afternoon/early night after rain

9. 2022/06/10, Seen several on my sheet setup in the backyard.  Sure its a drove but curious who its counter part may be.

Could it be some sort of Pheidole male? I hope I'm not off by too much. I don't want to give false info...

I too am expecting Pheidole, but unsure if anyone may not more specifics. I'm unsure if I have varying species of P. or all the same.

Definitely Pheidole. Looks like maybe dentata or a crassicornis-group species.
