1. Location of collection: The pavement of my school.

2. Date of collection:8/6/22
3. Habitat of collection: pavement
4. Length: 4 millimetres
5. Coloration: brown with yellow legs

6. Nuptial flight time and date: unsure

This queen is confusing me. I think she is a Tapinoma sessile queen which is the only ant I could think of in my area.

Yea I think its Tapinoma sessile, I'll leave it up to better IDers here.
