This is going to be about (hopefully) the progress of my new queen I caught and hopefully her colonies progress once she (hopefully) gets workers.

She tried to rip her remaining 2/4 wings off in the second bud but couldn’t. She’ll prob get them off eventually tho.

Alright well a few eggs have hatched and she laid some more. One of the larvae that had hatched has grown to a decent size.

I just love the striping on the gasters of this species.
Yeah I really hope she does good. It would be cool to see her raise a colony like my chroma queen did/is doing.

Well it happened. She has her first worker. It hatched 5 days ago and today it’s colors started to show up more.

The queen died a while back for some reason after the workers did too. Their third pupae never hatched and then the workers died. Then the queen. ):
