This colony has some great color! It got a new container and was fed some sunburst. They instantly filled up and are now quite fat. Looking forward to majors!

Has yours eaten anything other than liquid sweets? Mine seems to ignore everything else.

I gave them some fruit flies and I swear I saw the queen munching on some of the dead bodies

Is your culture growing? Mine doesn't seem to be exploding like they used to...

I have noticed that all my Camponotus will ignore other foods if you give them too many sweets. It seems of ruin their taste for anything else. When I don't feed them liquid sweets for awhile, they will readily take freeze dried mealworms, insects, chicken, and all sorts of stuff.
