A Formisquarium XL from Arthropod Antics is going to give you the most usable space for your money; it has roughly the same amount of nesting space as a Tarheel Ants Labyrinth at 1/4th of the price. It may not mean much coming from the guy who makes them, but I've used them for a number of species, including several Camponotus, and they work excellently.

Just a suggestion, of course, but that would personally be my next choice for a space upgrade.
I have 4x4in flat and vertical formicariums that's good to fit large Camponotus species up to hundreds.
$30
$20
I also have 4x8in ones if you are looking for bigger nests
$45
$55
All of them will come with glass and 3/8 tubing.

Yeah, my large tetra colony is housed in one of cocdeshijie's nests and it does wonders. No escapes, easy hydration, naturalistic feel, and easy viewing. I don't have to worry about my tetramorium because I know they are in great conditions
