I got this colony from Wamdar on 7-16-15 along with 3 other queens from dspdrew.
I think it can be agreed on that the amount of first generation workers the queens of this species make is crazy.

Well, out of the four queens/colonies I have, all of them have brood. One has eggs, one was given a couple pupae to help her out, there's the colony which has some mixed brood, and then there is this queen which is about to get workers.
Also here is a quick picture of the colony.
Have the ones I gave you produced brood again?
Are Liometopum formicine ants? If so it's weird they don't have body bags.
They're Dolichoderines.
Current Species:
Camponotus fragilis
Novomessor cockerelli
Pogonomyrmex montanus
Pogonomyrmex rugosus
Manica bradleyi

They are starting to, yes.
Have they accepted any foods? I also got a queen from Wamdar but only 2 workers so far. It doesn't appear they've really accepted anything, except for fruit flies which appears they just placed on the cotton (and will undoubtedly begin to mold).
Camponotus vicinus, Crematogaster 1, Crematogaster 2, Formica francoeuri, *, *, Myrmecocystus testaceus, Novomessor cockerelli, Pheidole hyatti, Pogonomyrmex californicus, Pogonomyrmex rugosus, Solenopsis invicta

They go crazy for Blue 100. I will actually be uploading a few pictures of them feeding soon.

Well the last colony is down to one worker... These did horribly...
Did you heat them? I'm convinced that the reason some of my colonies didn't do well is that I kept them to cool. I moved my one remaining colony next to a heating pad and the day after I found that the queen had laid ~30-40 more eggs. Before that there hadn't been any eggs laid for a while.
Current Species:
Camponotus fragilis
Novomessor cockerelli
Pogonomyrmex montanus
Pogonomyrmex rugosus

That is one good thing about no air conditioner I guess. You don't accidentally freeze ants.
Not sure but the last queen is all alone now.
Discontinued
The last queen died a week ago.
