Hello.
So the problem is with my small C.lateralis colony i am currently keeping in a test tube.
They woke up from hibernation about 2 months ago, all was fine until two days ago i noticed the larvae dry up, that's the best way i can describe it.
Basically like they where ventrally compressed ( kind of like a dry peach) and noticeably yellowish.
Now i would usually associate this with a lack of moisture but since they are a dry loving species and are positioned in the middle of the tube away from the water source it dosen't add up.
Note there where larvae that where hibernated from last year. The since then has layed new eggs.If someone has any solution or answer i would appreciate it.
Cheers.
