Hello, I wanted to know if anyone on this forum knows any great spots to go Atta hunting spots in Texas and that also has a good Atta population in that area?

iNaturalist is good resource for this: https://www.inatural...taxon_id=151794

There is generally 1 large mating flight per nest per year, so you will have to pay attention to the weather -- big rain that stops before midnight, temps stay above ~63 F all night. The flights should start to happen sometime within the next couple of months. I recommend checking gas stations in more rural areas starting around 6:15 - 6:30 AM after the big flight, and continuing for the next couple hours. The big lights attract them, and they quickly start to look for places to dig after they land. Good luck!
