I've seen other people setting up poles and now I can't take it anymore. I'm jealous. So, I was wondering how I can make a poll.

When making a new topic, there's a small option in the upper righthand corner of the editor which says "Manage Polls". For an existing topic, edit the first post with the Full Editor; it'll be in the same place.
