Hello, i've just been wondering, when should I move my Colony of Black Carpenter Ants?

 

At how many worker ants to upgrade them from a Test Tube setup to a bigger chamber, such as the AC Test Tube Portal?

Anywhere between 5-15 workers for something like a AC test tube portal (I think a lot of people just use that as a feeding ground for young colonies). To move to a formicarium, I would say about 35-50 workers. Hope this helps (this is all fro my own expierences).
