There is generally 1 large mating flight per nest per year, so you will have to pay attention to the weather -- big rain that stops before midnight, temps stay above ~63 F all night. The flights should start to happen sometime within the next couple of months. I recommend checking gas stations in more rural areas starting around 6:15 - 6:30 AM after the big flight, and continuing for the next couple hours. The big lights attract them, and they quickly start to look for places to dig after they land. Good luck!
