Always try new things, even if its hard, hard is not impossible. We are smart and it's good to be smart but not too smart for your own good.

Garage or basement works. Or make your mom a PowerPoint presentation.

A well planned, written presentation is a great idea. Also try to get on GAN and start bringing in some cash. That changed my wife’s tune; bet it would help with your folks, too.
A lot of kids your age are sitting around in their pjs all day smoking dope or worse. Your parents should thank their lucky stars you’re actually learning about the natural world. Keep your head up. Soon enough, you’ll be on your own making your own rules.

well i would just show this whole thread to them if i needed to.

this thread if the proof that MANY people love ants, and will protect a fellow antkeeper in a time of need.

Oh so the thread started with my parents not allowing me too keep ants. That problem is (somewhat) solved now. This is more like a help thread for me (and I guess others too if they wanted). That's basicly what's been going on.

Well I finally caught some queens (2), It's two Tetramorium (immigrans?) queens. I also found a insect that looked like a queen. It ran away before I could take any pictures put this is kind of waht it looked like.

Little rove beetle (14228523682)

This is a picture of a rove beetle thing and it had wings that are pretty identical to one of an ants. I wonder if there are queens flying here that look like that
