Should I take my pheidole californica out of hibernation?

I put them in the beginning of December, and I am starting to notice quite a bit of workers dying.

I’m pretty sure pheidole don’t need to hibernate in the first place. It should be fine.

Pheidole Tysoni, Selonopis Molesta, Brachymyrmex Depilis, Tetramorium Immagrians, Prenolepis Imparis, Pheidole Bicirinata

I would take them out, as it’s been two months. Pheidole and most myrmcinines for that matter don’t need as long of a hibernation period compared to formicines.
