How should I heat my ants when I take them out of hibernation? I only have 1 mini hearth to heat and I don’t want heat pads since they are adhesive and cables are all too long. Is there anything I could do with the excess cable if I were to use a heating cable? I don’t have very much desk space.

Heating pads are usually adhesive but you don't have to use them that way.
I usually put part of the enclosures on of of or on the edge of the heating pat.
You can just place the pad on a table you don't have to use the adhesive if you don't want to
