I recently caught a bunch of termites and I have questions. 

1) Does the temperature affect how fast they grow?

2) Do I need to do anything else besides put them in a test tube setup?

3) How fast do they grow from egg to larvae?

4) If I were to put them up for sale, would anyone buy them?

Oh, by the way these are Subterranean termites.

Termites grow much more slowly than ants, egg to aldult worker could take up to three months or more depending on the species. Do make sure you put them in a well ventilated area as termite activity creates a lot of gases. I'm not sure if temperature affects their growth rate but probably yes. I don't know if anyone wants to buy termites but a possible termite hobbyist would probabaly want to buy them.

they only do well in temps above 25c and below 28. very annoying to keep imo but i need feeders for ants ;-;

I think farmers who have orchards or live at home on the ground could buy them. Termites help to decompose dead trees and turn them back into fertile soil, which can help forests regrow faster. In addition to that, they also help aerate the soil, which can help water and nutrients reach the plants and trees better, therefore increasing soil quality even more. A few years ago, my grandfather was looking for them, and he turned to enviropcs.com.au to help him multiply them.
