Help identifying what brand of nest this is
I don't think is Chinese it has design patent pending on the balls

Whatever it is, it doesn’t seem very practical to me. Observation seems limited with those opaque balls, and how would you hydrate it? More connecting points also means more escape opportunities for certain species.

Yeah the hydration and food is my main concern.

Sorry they not clean and the balls all have 6 magnifying glasses so view is quite good

That looks like some kind of kids toy. I wouldn’t use it, it will probably kill your ants.
