So, I have gotten out of the habit of posting. I am very sorry about that, but I came back to ask an important question. It is not an exaggeration to say the lives of my ants depend on it. So, I am going on a weeklong trip soon, and I cannot get insects to feed them, so I have to work with what I have. And what I have is some Zoo Med Supercondenced Betta Food. Can they eat it? Is there any other household things that they can eat? I will also start actually updating again, this is not just one question.

they will eat honey, bread, syrup, make sure they have water and they can survive for a week without insects. They also will eat cat food

Solenopsis can and will (Or at least they will try to) eat literally anything.

Can you put the colony in a mini-hibernation in a fridge? They will eat boiled egg yolk and meats, cat food, perhaps some crushed nuts or seeds.
"The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer." Prov. 30:25
Keep ordinary ants in extraordinary ways.

I was trying to think what to post, and I realized the ants probably already started hibernating.
