We have permits that allow us to ship to every state in the continental U.S. except for Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. A copy of the permit, as well as instructions on preventing escape, will be provided with every order. Ants are guaranteed to arrive alive, or we will ship you a new colony free of charge.
