In my extroverted colony, the one inside a formicarium, I've noticed this behavior from their queen twice today: She moved out of her chamber, into the "top floor", where right now she's feasting on a dead fly's face.

So my noob question is: How normal is it for the queen to move out of her chamber, even if not far away, to eat? Shouldn't she be fed by the workers instead?

By the way, I've just noticed 2 more workers have emerged! So (after some noob-god caused deaths) their numbers have gone from 5 to 7. So with more numbers now I'm hoping to see some little changes in their behavior.
