Just a little intro on myself and how I become fascinated with these little critters.
Throw back 35 years ago when I was a tiddler and into anything scifi and one movie I watched back then that I still remember and watched again now.
Even though a make believe scifi movie, it did make me think back then and even now, how organised, structured, orderley ants are.
So decided to house some of my soon to be minions before I take over the world!
Albeit our Covid pandemic has made me as bored as a bored person can be, I decided now to start my venture so this is what I have so far.

Formicarium 1 holds my Carpet ant queen and 4 workers. I do believe these are Carpet ants but may be wrong.
Formicarium 2 holds just my Hercules queen ant and eggs for now.
So far, taking it easy and hopefully have some feedback later on as well as many questions to ask
