I absolutely love the nests & formicariums that have a more natural vibe to them, especially those that also incorporate plants. I think AC had a few bonsai plants that were the nests and ourworlds all in one.

I'm looking for inspiration, and would love to see what you guys have done along these lines!

I tried to make a mountain. But I want to attempt something more grand with lots of moss in the future.

I have a 10 gallon carbide jar and if I can find some acorn ants I will incorporate them into that terrarium. (It's not a sealed terrarium, but it's practically sealed. )

Starting this July I'm posting videos of my ants every week on youTube.

I like to make relaxing videos that capture the joy of watching ants.

If that sounds like your kind of thing... follow me >here<

Mine is kind of ugly, but it's a work in progress. 2.5 gallon terrarium inside a 10 gallon aquarium. Houses a small colony of Camponotus pennsylvanicus and 10 cherry shrimp(Neocaridina davidi) a few live plants and fake plants in the aquarium and a Pilea for the terrarium.
