I caught a queen near my backyard light. Idk the genus at all.I am two hours up north of the Bay Area.

kinda looks like a lasuis queen though not a professional so don't take my word for it

It was id as nylanderi vividula.

I would say Nylanderia or Dorymyrmex, but if it was already identified as a Nylanderia species I would just go with that.
