3. Habitat of collection: Suburban
4. Length: 5 mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture: Orange with yellowish translucent parts on gaster, shiny gaster
6. Distinguishing characteristics: Very long gaster, one petiole node
7. Anything else distinctive: N/A
8. Nest description: N/A
9. Nuptial flight time and date: Morning of August 7th

Unless that's Solenopsis molesta, you aren't getting an ID with that picture.
