Hey again everyone!
I came to Algarve on vacations and stopped in a family house where I knew there were peculiar ants. My grandfather called them "arretita o rabo" (Sparks the but) because they sting u. I have some photos, not best quality cause I was in a hurry, and I wanted your help to I'd them

Region: Portugal, Algarve
Location: Trees mostly, walls and ground.
Color: red to brownish head full black body
Stinger: yes

Has anyone ever seen similar ants? I thought fire ants but only the head is red.
Thanks for all your help!
