My Pogonomyrmex can't climb this tube? What other options are there?

Could you wrap sandpaper around something like a coat hanger wire and scuff up the tube?

Well, I don't know what degree angle the tube is at, but the angle might be to steep for them to climb. The best solution for that is to just make the tube less steep.


Ants are cute, that's that.

I made the tube longer to give them an easier climb but they still need a little help from time to time. 

 

Pogonomyrmex are so cute.  Whops I put the wrong video... I took this new funny one today.

Dangle a piece of string inside the length of the pipe.
