What do you use to form the chambers when you are make the mold? Do you use clay then stick sand to it?
I keep: C. modoc, C. sansabeanus , C. maritimus, Formica argentea, M. mexicanus , Odontomachus brunneus , Pogonomyrmex californicus, Pogonomyrmex rugosus,

Kiedeerk, Do you find you have to seal off your molds or do the corner clamps do a good job of keeping the plaster from leaking out?

Yes you still have to seal off the walls. I just use modeling clay

I've never seen water reservoirs like that. How much water do you need to put in there? Until the upper edge? Do you need other sources of moisture?

They are made from tea light cup with a steel mesh. They can take about 10cc of water
