Is this a type of Pheodola?

1. Location of collection-Smyrna, Kent County, Delaware

2. Date of collection-7-11-2021

3. Habitat of collection-under a flower pot in the driveway.
4. Length-4 mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture-light colored.
6. Distinguishing characteristics-small size
7. Anything else distinctive-
8. Nest description-N/A - found under a flower pot in driveway.

9. Nuptial flight time and date-guessing recently.
