4. Length - 5mm, photo attached.
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture - Very dark, hairless
6. Distinguishing characteristics - small, proportionally large gaster (fully clausteral), single node that isn't particularly noticble, very small.
7. Anything else distinctive - probably not fertile. Dropped a single wing, lost an antenna.
