the mini hearth arrived but the ants are treated the outworld as their nest lol

If you heat the opposite side from the water tower/clover the glass, they'll move down pretty quick. Another option is to blow air into the outworld. It'll make them want to find a more suitable place to nest.

thanks it worked and now the colony is moved in, the queen seems to like hanging out on the ceiling and walls though.

That's normal. Most of my queens chill on the wall somewhere near the water towers.

Queen laid a small bunch of eggs, also the colony had a big fat larva but for some reason it turned into a smaller larva that looks like a deflated banana  :(

yea the ants started rubbing it like crazy yesterday causing the larva to freak out and now its dead

the ants have made another fat larva and are starting to rub it like the last one hope it doesn't die

a good chunk of the eggs have hatched but another larva has died of overweight, and now i have found mitse in the colony

Do you know if the mights are harmful to the colony yet?

I realised that they are not mites but I'm not sure if they can be harmful

two larvae finally pupated but one of them is like 1/4 the size of the other one
