So i wasoving them to a new test tube and accidentally lost two eggs (where four) but its back to the og amount after i feed them a fruit fly

they're is a dark spot in the eggs. How much til they hatch. Also were back to 4

they are larvae aren't they? They hatched into larvae I'm pretty sure.

It's probably larvae, the 'black dots' could be the food inside of them, and they were eggs a couple of weeks ago.

agreed adding onto this pupae would most likely be cocooned and you wouldn't be able to see anything but the cocoon

In the last pic the black spots might be mold on the cotton, but it's usually harmless.
