Hi all! I found this girl dead, and was wondering if anyone knew why she has the pink spot on her gaster. Is it a parasite? Thanks!

Location (on a map) of collection: Jacksonville, FL
Date of collection: June 5
Color, hue, pattern and texture: gold
Distinguishing characteristics: petiole and post petiole, no mesosomal spines
