hey guys i was just checking the weather so i can go on my first hunt! there's 3 parks by my house, any pointers would be great I'm not sure around what time to go out, i was thinking like around 6 am so ppl don't think I'm that  weird 34 years old dude who's pretending to look for ants! lol... i mean this is New York it may past as normal lol, thanks for all the help everyone!

Honestly, my best advice is not to think like a single hunt. You really want to spend lots of time outside in prime habitats. It’s more of an observation and lifestyle shift, as opposed to when and where you hunt.

I used to feel the same way until I started venturing all the way out into the wilderness. Out there it's not strange to be looking for wildlife.

If you ever want to hunt in Ulster county, I'll come hunt with you. I don't know if it would be more or less weird having two 34 year old dudes looking at insects though. lol
