So my Camponotus Pennsylvanicus queen was tering at the cotton blocking the water. Any Idea if this is normal or not? I'm kind of paranoid that the cotton might get to thin and the water behind it will flood the test tube.

Normal for them to do this the first few days. Try not to bug her for a week. She should stop.
