Hey guys, the guy with the crappy pics is back :).Once again,I can't really take proper pictures because I'm in the army. The queen I found today is a real beaut.I found her near Alexandroupoli which is on the Northern part of Greece. The place is surrounded by mountains and vegetation untouched by humans besided a road that crosses the land.Found her under a tall tree, her wings were shed. Her head and thirax have a deep red colour but quite distinct. Her gaster is almost fully black but also has a reddish tint on it.Unfortunately I don't have a measurement medium but I used an on screen ruller and she measures 0.9cm.Any ideas about what species she might be?Once again sorry for the quality of pictures.

Young ant keeper with a decent amount of knowledge on local ant species.

YouTube: https://m.youtube.co...uKsahGliSH7EqOQ (It's pretty dead. Might upload again soon, don't expect my voice to sound the same though.)

Currently kept ant species, favorites have a star in front of their names (NOT in alphabetical order, also may be outdated sometimes): Camponotus irritans inferior, Ooceraea biroi, Pheidole parva, Nylanderia sp., Paraparatrechina tapinomoides, Platythyrea sp., Anochetus sp., Colobopsis sp. (cylindrica group), Crematogaster ferrarii, Polyrhachis (Myrma) cf. pruinosa, Polyrhachis (Cyrtomyrma) laevissima, Tapinoma sp. (formerly Zatapinoma)

Death count: Probably over a hundred individual queens and colonies by now. I cannot recall whatsoever.

Camponotus, almost certainly in the Myrmentoma subgenus. I'm not great with European ants, so maybe someone better at their identification than I can get you a species ID.
