I can't take a picture right now but, I'll just give some details in words for now. So, the queen is darkish brown colored with light brown strips on it's abdomen. It's about the size of a smaller termite worker, or to be more exact, 1/3-1/2 inch long. If there's any other information you might need about my queen you may just post it.

Always try new things, even if its hard, hard is not impossible. We are smart and it's good to be smart but not too smart for your own good.

Follow the ant ID template and post some good photos, or there's nothing anyone can do to help ID.

Ok, so she was found on a rock in my backyard. I live in NJ, she was just crawling around and fell on my foot. Well I don't know if this helps or not.

A picture is the only thing that will help really. Saying that the queen did a regular ant thing, crawling on a rock, gives little to no information.

Nevermind I know the species now but here's another queen that I couldn't quite ID (probably a some sort of Camponotus queen tho).

Ok, heres the pic (not the best pic but best one I have since she's going crazy.)

most people here don’t like clicking outside links, especially ones where you need to sign in. Upload the photo to the gallery and then go on PC and put the photo directly into your post.

Can’t really tell but it could be a pen but you need better photos of the head.

Currently: Considering moving to Australia
Reason: Myrmecia
