I decided to make this journal because I saw very few journals of this species has been made. I had a young colony of Colobopsis ants (I'm not sure what species but I think it's C. leonardi) inside a test tube. The colony currently has 1 queen, 1 worker, 4 pupae, 2 larvae and 3 eggs. What's crazy is that by the time her first worker eclosed, the only brood she had are 4-6ish eggs, this species is extremely hard to raise from a queen and very few had succeed, and this is the first time I raised this species and I did it with very little information. I believe this species is a member of the Colobopsis cylindrica group which all species in this group has minor workers that are so called 'exploding ants'. Here's a pic
