Colony Age: just under a year
Looks like a male alate since it is smaller than the queen, also colored differently.
What do you think? Any idea why a colony developed an alate when it is not matured yet?

Yeah colonies randomly do this. It’s normally a sign of good care. Idk what others will say about this but I find alates to be a good health indicator.
From what I understand, it was probably a trophic egg that didn't get eaten by mistake and developed into a male.
